Top Thai Greenwich

With this being my first post, I wanted to review a restaurant that’s very near and dear to me: Top Thai Greenwich located on Sullivan St.

It’s a great go-to spot for affordable, authentic Thai cuisine. Unlike most Thai restaurants, Top Thai incorporates “halal” cooking styles into their dishes to create unique yet flavorful cuisines.

I’m a regular here and I usually get either the Beef Pad Thai or Beef Pad See Ewe. Both dishes are truly a perfect blend between bitter, sweet, and salty. They’re not overly greasy like most Thai restaurants.

The general vibe is cozy and small. It’s meant to create an aura of your Asian mother’s kitchen to reflect their homemade cooking style. Perhaps this is why I felt so attached to this restaurant. It made me feel at home whenever I missed my mother’s cooking.
